We offer

Once you have registered your interest with us. One of our agents will be in touch to let you know about all the properties we have available on our database that fit your criteria. You’ll also be the first to hear about new instructions before these are marketed our online portals.

Budget

Negotiations with vendors can be easier if you have a secure mortgage in principle before you make an offer so you know just how much you will need to borrow. Once the offer is agreed vendors normally take the property off the market whilst you progress your mortgage and survey.

Accompanied viewing

All our viewings with buyers are accompanied so we can answer questions on the local area and give details on the status of the property market. And as we operate some of the longest hours in the industry we can generally arrange appointments to suit both yours and the vendors’ schedule – early mornings or late evenings – whatever works for you.

Progressing the purchase

Once your offer is accepted you will need to provide us with solicitor details so we can work with the vendors’ solicitor to progress your property purchase; we will issue a Memorandum of Sale which records the purchase price along with details of the seller, buyer, and respective solicitors, plus any conditions to the sale.

The final steps

This part of the process involves your deposit (usually 10%) and a completion date is agreed. Upon completion – once money is transferred to the vendors’ solicitor – we hand over the keys. It’s now time to move into your new home!
